Meeting point: after passport control and baggage claim, go to exit Gate 14 at Istanbul Airport and look for meeting point SR25. Our welcome team meets you there and takes you by elevator down to the ground floor, where your vehicle is waiting. Depending on how busy the airport is, the walk and wait usually take 10–20 minutes.

Please note: oversize luggage, non-folding strollers and wheelchairs cannot be carried. Smoking, food and drinks are not allowed in the vehicle.
